Job Description:

Akkodis is hiring a Business System Analyst to work on a contractual basis for our client in the Sacramento, CA area.

Location: Hybrid - 1 day onsite in Sacramento, CA

Employment type: 6 month contract (potential for extension or conversion)

Pay: $50-$58/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to assist our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional environments. The BSA will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business systems and procedures.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of business objectives.

- Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Access and Mail merge to create reports, documents, and presentations.

- Provide support and training to staff on new systems and processes.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including specifications, process maps, and user guides.

- Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making processes.

- Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.

- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Access and Mail merge.

- Experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or insurance is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and competing priorities.

- Ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Flexibility and eagerness to pitch in and help out wherever there is a need.
