STEPS is seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience managing mid-to-large groups of work & versatile experience managing a variety of projects (software dev, infrastructure, product focused, etc.) with good experience using AGILE/SCRUM methodologies and modern tools & technologies in the market.
Primary function: manage project timelines & budget along with stakeholder management for a variety of projects in a portfolio. This is an individual contributor role that will report to senior leadership.

Responsibilities: • Manage a variety of IT projects, including applications and infrastructure. • Ensure project delivery within timelines and budget constraints. • Maintain effective stakeholder communication across various levels and partners. • Employ Agile, Scrum, and Azure DevOps methodologies and tools effectively. • Operate independently as an individual contributor without a dedicated team.
Requirements: • Solid experience in managing IT projects, both applications and infrastructure. • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and other project management tools. • Strong skills in timeline and budget management, and stakeholder relations. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. • Required "product mindset" with a focus on comprehensive, business-aligned solutions. • Must be located in the St. Paul or Minneapolis area.
