A Maryland-based Consultancy are looking for an experienced Java Developer to support their NSA contract in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
The role is 100% on site and candidates must have an active NSA TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
The main responsibilities of the role include implementing optimization and automation across diverse platforms and applications. The role utilizes modern technologies such as Java 11, Angular, and modern Cloud technologies.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Required Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR an additional four years of software engineering experience
Proficiency in Java (version 11 or higher)
Experience with Angular (version 15 or above)
Desired Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools and best practices
Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Data
Knowledge of MongoDB (version 4.4 or newer)
Familiarity with Apache Tomcat and version control systems like Git/GitLab
