eNGINE is hiring a Data Engineering Manager to support our client in the Specialty Pharmacy space. This person will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of a Pharmacy Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) on Azure and Databricks Platform.
Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide a team of data engineers responsible for the Pharmacy Enterprise Data Warehouse
Ensuring viable architecture design including data models, ETL processes, and efficient data pipelines on Azure and Databricks platforms.
Collaborate on project planning and execution with cross-functional teams.
Ensuring the reliability and integrity of the Pharmacy EDW by enforcing best practices and data quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
5+ years of data engineering experience, with leadership roles.
Proficiency in Azure services, SQL, PySpark, Python, and healthcare data solutions.
