Job Description:

The Infor XA Functional Consultant will be responsible for the design and implementation of Infor XA (9.1) solutions across several key areas. The role requires expertise in Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity, Procurement, and Finance to effectively meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the functional and technical design of Infor XA (9.1) for various business functions.
  2. Document solution designs and create detailed process maps.
  3. Engage with Business Process Owners (BPO) to gather requirements and understand system needs.
  4. Analyze and reconcile information from multiple sources, distinguishing between user requests and actual needs.
  5. Oversee the scope of requirements and manage compliance through integration testing and user acceptance.
  6. Provide expert knowledge on the impact of business process changes on systems.
  7. Address system touchpoint impacts to ensure seamless end-to-end process support.
  8. Collaborate with project teams to define and validate solutions.
  9. Develop test cases and conduct testing cycles, including CRP, Integration Testing, and UAT.
  10. Coordinate and deliver training for end-users.
  11. Manage cutover processes and resolve post-go-live issues.
  12. Utilize XA documentation standards effectively.
  13. Maintain standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing Infor XA (9.1) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Inventory Management, Capacity, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and reconcile information from various sources.
  • Strong project management skills, including scope and risk management.
