Provide support for operational systems such as SAP EAM modules, Primavera P6, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve data and system issues using SAP PM and/or DM objects knowledge-tables, function modules, BADIs, etc.
Address service desk tickets promptly and meet service level agreement targets.
Assist with software upgrades and routine maintenance tasks; assess impacts on business processes, devise and implement solutions, and conduct testing.
Analyze business needs and requests, proposing software solutions as necessary.
Gather business requirements, design system modifications, document functional specifications, collaborate with development teams, conduct testing, and create user documentation.
Develop reporting capabilities, including ad hoc data analysis, to support business operations.
Contribute to business application requirements planning efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
At least five years of experience in SAP application support.
Preferably a minimum of two years of experience with one or more of the following applications:
