Responsibilities
Provide technical support for regional staff, including diagnosing and resolving IT issues, configuring and deploying devices, and leading L1/L2 help desk support
Collaborate with centralized IT teams for maintenance and continuous improvement of technology solutions, as well as assist with IT service calls and projects
Manage regional technology lifecycle, maintain departmental records, and handle maintenance contracts with vendors
Support facility upgrade projects and ensure effective client service, including AV team collaboration and adherence to firm policies
Assist junior staff as needed, maintaining professionalism and adaptability to new tasks and responsibilities in a team setting
Requirements
College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a large law firm or similar similar professional services setting
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and similar applications
Strong experience in troubleshooting and repairing end-user devices, PC imaging, and hardware configurations
Experience with Audio Visual conferencing technologies, networking equipment, secure LAN infrastructure, firewalls, VPN technologies, and remote systems (Citrix)
