Lead Oracle center of excellence. Provide solutions that align with business strategy and objectives. Promote changes to streamline processes, reduce cost, and drive lean supply chain processes. Hands-on role for a global implementation of Cloud and maintaining Oracle E-Business applications suite.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Business Degree in Computer/Information Science required
Master's Degree preferred.
Required Skills:
Minimum 15+ years' of solid experience in leading Oracle ERP supply chain configuration, Kits to FG, Quality, Planning, and deployment.
Preferred to have Cloud ERP and WMS experience required.
Proven abilities in translating business needs into system solutions and driving the necessary changes to streamline processes experienced in multiple full life-cycle global Oracle 11i/R12 implementations. (Cloud preferred).
Solid experience and knowledge of lean supply chain, order to cash, and procure to pay business processes.
Manage internal and outsourced resources.
Proficient with project management tools.
Experience working in a multi-org, multi-site environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
