The SAP Functional Lead is a key business facing role responsible for overseeing the functional design for the SAP S4/HANA Plan-to-Make (PTM) and Production Planning (PP). This role collaborates with various teams to ensure alignment with best practices and operational requirements, contributing to SAP S/4HANA implementation and providing leadership in solution design. This is a permanent role located onsite in the office four days a week. All US Citizens and Green Card Holders are encouraged to apply as sponsorship is not available at this time.
Essential Functions:
Gather and analyze business needs, translating them into SAP application requirements.
Design and implement integrated SAP solutions for technical and business needs.
Provide SAP support, including analysis, development, testing, and problem resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
8+ years in SAP PTM/PP, ME, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
SAP certification(s) is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
