We are looking for a candidate who will build out a "view" that allows practitioners to review and model contributions for Open Enrollment solutions that have been created by Benefits Service Specialists. Clients will be able to view solutions that were marked as Show to Client and to model contributions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality solutions by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining intranet applications and data projects
  • Define objectives/solutions by analyzing user feedback and requests; envisioning system features and functionality to be able to produce a workable solution for users
  • Complete application development by coordinating requirements; contributing to team collaboration; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments; supporting users and other developers
  • Enhances the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities.
  • Responsible for delivering software that performs extremely well under a heavy load.
  • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets
  • Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
  • Writing non-blocking code, utilizing advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed
  • Creating custom, general-use modules and components that extend the elements and modules of Angular

Required Technical Skills
  • 5+ years of professional development experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • C# web-based applications.
  • Deep knowledge of Angular or React practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience. React Preferred- must be willing to learn/work with React if only Angular experience
  • Experience working with either MongoDB, DocumentDB, or NoSQL/SQL.
  • Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Software development fundamentals like the Open-Closed Principle
  • Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
  • Proficiency with JavaScript HTML5, and CSS
  • Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Create software documentation and update existing documentation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area
