Are you a Hotel Chief Engineer seeking a unique career transition?
Outstanding opportunity for an expert Facilities Coordinator/Handyman to provide maintenance for several private residences (SMART homes) within an extended family. Will also assist maintenance technician based at the corporate headquarters (Farmington Hills and Downtown Detroit). This individual must be very mechanically inclined and be able to prioritize and handle a wide range of indoor and outdoor issues within the properties including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, swimming pool, etc.. Must be very friendly, professional, organized and knowledgeable about preventative maintenance. Will also coordinate and supervise outside contractors including snow removal and landscaping providers as needed. Flexibility is needed to travel to the various locations depending on daily priorities. This is a full-time, year-round position, $75-$85K plus bonus and excellent benefit package
