We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. BIOS Engineer to lead the design and development of server BIOS solutions. You will be responsible for creating and implementing BIOS code using various technologies and methodologies, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop server BIOS using programming languages, compilers, assemblers, debuggers, and other tools.
• Implement state-of-the-art software engineering methodologies to ensure code quality and efficiency.
• Proactively manage project schedules, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Aivres design team to integrate BIOS functionality.
• Modify and customize BIOS based on specific customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and address any BIOS-related issues.
• Conduct thorough BIOS testing to guarantee functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in low-layer software development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with either Legacy BIOS code or UEFI code.
• Strong background in software design using C, C++, and/or Assembly language.
• Solid understanding of server hardware architecture, BIOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred.
