You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes in order to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality standards and production goals.
Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues in production, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Optimize CNC machining operations, including programming, tooling selection, and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and capacity planning to support decision-making related to manufacturing processes and equipment investments.
Develop and maintain documentation such as work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading lean manufacturing projects, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence on the shop floor.
Provide technical support and training to production personnel to ensure the successful implementation of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or technical school with at least two years running a CNC mill, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles within a machining environment.
Proven expertise in CNC machining operations, including programming (G-code), setup, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.
Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time and within budget.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
