We are currently looking for a Superintendent to join one of the top ENR General Contractors in Charlotte. This is the chance to be placed onto various projects across, but not limited to, the Education, Hospitality and Office sectors, seeing out from conception all the way through to completion.
Our Superintendent will need to boast excellent communication as well as management and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on maintaining the field.
Responsibilities include: • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. • Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize project efficiency. • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures. • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to minimise delays and cost overruns. • Foster a culture of safety and compliance on-site, prioritising the well-being of all team members.
