This position is responsible for managing the receiving, product handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times to ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded on a consistent basis. Gives daily direction, distributes, and manages daily workload, builds teamwork, trains and re-trains employees in safe working methods and accurate data entry of inbound and outbound products. Motivates and directs a team of 20 toward increased productivity.
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience in an industrial warehouse environment.
7 years of experience managing an industrial warehouse environment.
