Role - Delivery Manager
Location: US - Hybrid (2-3 days of travel to client office in East Hannover, NJ)
Overview:
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of multiple content and digital projects across a portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills will be crucial in driving efficiency and achieving project objectives.
You will be responsible for:
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Collaborate with external vendors or partners as necessary, overseeing their performance and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
Navigate project changes effectively, remove barriers, and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members using the change management process.
Manage stakeholder expectations, help to bring industry best practices, and guide decision making to meet the timeline and avoid scope creep.
Identify risks proactively, develop resolution plans, and communicate in a timely manner.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
Ensure the project team meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both on quality and time.
Must Have:
Around 12 - 15 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Senior Project Manager in the pharma or healthcare industry.
Hands-on experience in managing large global digital programs interfacing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in managing digital omnichannel engagement projects in pharma.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Experience of working in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, Excel and Power point.
Experience of working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to the onshore and offshore model and working teams within client and agency partners.
Experienced with Project management and Agile framework.
Ability to translate between technical and non-technical requests and teams.
Minimum graduation.
Nice to have:
Experience managing Veeva based projects.
Understanding of Salesforce Marketing cloud and omnichannel engagement strategies.
Vendor management experience.
