Role - Delivery Manager

Location: US - Hybrid (2-3 days of travel to client office in East Hannover, NJ)

Overview:

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of multiple content and digital projects across a portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills will be crucial in driving efficiency and achieving project objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or partners as necessary, overseeing their performance and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Navigate project changes effectively, remove barriers, and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members using the change management process.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, help to bring industry best practices, and guide decision making to meet the timeline and avoid scope creep.
  • Identify risks proactively, develop resolution plans, and communicate in a timely manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure the project team meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both on quality and time.

Must Have:

  • Around 12 - 15 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Senior Project Manager in the pharma or healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience in managing large global digital programs interfacing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing digital omnichannel engagement projects in pharma.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience of working in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, Excel and Power point.
  • Experience of working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the onshore and offshore model and working teams within client and agency partners.
  • Experienced with Project management and Agile framework.
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical requests and teams.
  • Minimum graduation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing Veeva based projects.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Marketing cloud and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Vendor management experience.
