I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join my client's team based in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ground-up construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader with exceptional project management skills, who can ensure the successful delivery of projects ranging from schools, hotels, hospitals, and stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final completion and handover.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
Proven experience with ground-up construction projects, preferably including schools, hotels, hospitals, and retail stores.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
