Industrial Systems Consulting (ISC) is supporting the build out of new industrial facilities in the Rock Springs WY area involving a budget of roughly $1.2 Billion. We are in the early stages and looking for senior project managers with such full-lifecycle experience, from the budgeting and procurement of such industrial facilities to their startup and operation. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. Likewise, this individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities:
Lead the project team in developing detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for industrial facilities.
Direct and coordinate all phases of the project, including engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management of large-scale EPC projects within the mineral mining and processing industry.
Strong technical knowledge of mining and processing operations, including equipment selection, materials handling, and environmental considerations.
Extensive experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
