Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our Digital Operations team. This role is onsite from day one in the Greater Memphis Area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, tag management, and system integrations. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital initiatives, ensuring seamless operation, and optimizing the performance of our digital assets.

You will work under the supervision of the Product Manager of Digital Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership:

Define and prioritize the product backlog for digital analytics and tag management initiatives.

Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

Implement and manage Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving digital performance.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Tag Management:

Oversee the implementation and management of tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).

Ensure proper tagging of digital assets for accurate data collection and reporting.

Troubleshoot and resolve tagging issues in a timely manner.
  • Integration Management:

Lead the integration of various digital tools and platforms to create a cohesive digital ecosystem.

Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics and tagging solutions.

Maintain documentation and best practices for integrations and implementations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the Product Manager of Digital Operations to align on project goals and priorities.

Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.

Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, tag management, and integrations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a product owner or similar role within digital operations.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and tag management systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and web technologies.

Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Certification in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.
