Job Overview:
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will lead the product management team and be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy. The CPO will work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure that the product vision aligns with the company's overall strategy and the evolving needs of the cryptocurrency market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development within the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals.
Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to capture these opportunities within the cryptocurrency space.
Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team.

Product Development:

Work closely with engineering, design, and other departments to drive product development and delivery.

Collaboration:
Partner with the executive team to integrate product strategy with the overall company strategy.

Manage the product budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Analyze product performance, driving improvements to ensure profitability and growth.
Innovation and Trends:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
Strong track record of successfully bringing cryptocurrency or fintech products to market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, market research, user experience, and product design.
