Manage finished good inventory and improve forecast model, strategies and processes. Create models, analyze information and provide insight to make informed decisions about forecasts, inventory levels, delivery times and service level evaluations. Collaborate with internal departments (i.e raw material procurement, manufacturers, production plants, marketing, innovation and sales)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Accounting
Three (3) years of Management experience, Scheduling, Inventory Management
Product management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Accounting
Five (5) years of experience in the meat industry
Experience with Supply Chain
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA's)
Working knowledge of SAP
Working knowledge of sales, marketing, and demand planning
Knowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, proficiency with Data Analysis, Pivot tables, and complex graphs
Familiarity with network optimization, inventory optimization, product flow analysis, operations planning, and cost-to-serve analysis.
Knowledge of product management methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation.
Ability to manage tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work independently
Possess strong analytical skills in reviewing data to identify trends and opportunities
Knowledge of supply chain functions, forecasting tools/software
Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines through sound project management, and prioritization.
