Work closely with internal departments (purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, etc.) to ensure on time delivery of customer product.
Determine, correct and communicate order information accuracy to internal personnel Accurately enter, track and prepare necessary job folders for all customer, in-house & trial orders in accordance with Quality System requirements
. Maintain weekly Order Report. Maintain customer inventory lists where required.
Track and follow-up customer material usage to assist them with forecasting their order requirements
Required:
Minimum two years previous customer service related experience required in Manufacturing environment
Enter customer orders into ERP system and manage delivery according to customer demand schedules.
Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and Word.
Problem Solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully. SAP and MRP experience strongly preferred.
