Insight Global is looking for a sharp Executive Assistant to the CEO to join a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Las Vegas focused on supporting victims of domestic violence and trafficking in southern Nevada. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the CEO in their mission to lead and advance the organization's initiatives. As the Executive Assistant, you will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the nonprofit by managing the CEO's office operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and responsibilities.
This role requires the selected EA to have strong technical aptitude, with the ability to create and pull reports in Excel, create decks and presentations (like a BOD meeting deck), navigate Outlook, and other various ad-hoc technical tasks. Because of this, we are looking for an individual with MS certifications, ideally in Excel.

Required skills and experience:
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
Experience administratively supporting a CEO
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong experience in Excel (creating and pulling reports, basic data manipulation)
Comfortable wearing multiple hates and completing ad hoc tasks as needed
