Founded in 2003, Lydecker is a growing AV-rated full-service law firm with over 140 attorneys in thirteen offices throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Georgia.
We currently have an opening for a Lateral Partner to join our Orlando office.
One main function of this position will be to oversee junior and mid-level Associates and to guide, train & mentor them. Previous defense litigation experience is required; insurance defense litigation experience a huge plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and expertise in areas such as Construction Defect and/or Bodily Injury Defense Litigation.
Develop and implement strategies to address complex legal issues.
Represent the firm's clients in court proceedings and client meetings.
Cultivate positive relationships with clients.
Conduct legal research and assist in document preparation.
Interpret laws and regulations for clients.
Job Qualifications:
Florida Bar license in good standing.
Possess a portable book of business.
Ability to manage and mentor Associates.
Admission to Florida bar and active membership in good standing.
Extensive industry knowledge and experience in relevant legal areas.
Strong problem-solving and research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
