Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Perform data entry and maintain office records and files.
