Position Overview:

As an Administrative & Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the administrative and marketing functions of our firm. This position offers a blend of creative and operational tasks, ideal for those looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional setting. Blog writing and creating SEO content will be a significant part of your responsibilities, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to writing tasks that enhance our online presence and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:
  • Job Portal Management: Serve as the primary person for publishing job listings on our online portal on several platforms.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Marketing Tasks:
  • Written Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts, contributing to two publications per month, with a large focus on SEO content.
  • Social Media Engagement: Help maintain and update our showcase pages with fresh content that reflects our thought leadership and open positions.
  • Graphic Designs: Create and manage graphics for work anniversaries and birthdays using Canva, adhering to our existing templates.
  • Additionally, assist in the creation of social media content, including posts for holidays, job openings, and infographics.
  • Other marketing tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Skills in Canva: Strong experience with Canva is required to efficiently handle graphic design tasks.
  • Writing Prowess: Excellent writing skills are essential, as you will contribute to blog posts, SEO content, and social media content.
  • Availability: Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week during the internship period (hours are flexible).
