Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished, reliable, and polished Customer Relationship Associate to join our team. This role is based out of Bluffton, SC and requires in-office presence, not remote, for in-person collaboration with colleagues.

The incumbent will report to both the Customer Relationship Manager and the Communications Department Manager. This position requires a professional experienced in managing ultra-high net worth clients, preferably with a passion for luxury and performance automobiles.

The successful candidate will manage client data, reporting, CRM, and auditing. Responsibilities include answering calls and emails promptly, maintaining detailed client records, and conducting data analytics. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile, assess, and report on client data according to deadlines.
  • Manage incoming campaign calls and emails promptly.
  • Register high-profile clients for experiential marketing programs discreetly and accurately.
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate interest in marketing programs.
  • Handle strategic responses to meet goals, ensuring interest from qualified clientele.
  • Create and manage comprehensive spreadsheets to track client information and interactions.
  • Analyze and report on client activities with precision.
  • Deliver client-facing reports on data, imagery, and opinions promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain a tidy office and manage on-site client demands, including event registration.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Accounting, or Business.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in luxury customer service or sales.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, COUNT/SUMIF).
  • Experience with CRM systems, RFID, and registration software preferred.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills via phone and email.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-based environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.

Work Environment: Professional office setting using standard equipment such as computers and phones.

Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary role with some light physical activity, occasional lifting, bending, or standing on a stool.

Travel Requirements: Approximately 30% travel expected for live event programs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, core hours from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET with flexibility as needed.
