We are looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Coordinate office schedules and meetings
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Help organize staff events and training sessions
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including billing and invoicing

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma Required, Advanced Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Interest in working part time permanently
  • MS Office required
