Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Organize and maintain office files and records
Coordinate office schedules and meetings
Assist with onboarding new employees
Maintain employee records and documentation
Help organize staff events and training sessions
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including billing and invoicing
Requirements:
High School Diploma Required, Advanced Degree Preferred
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Interest in working part time permanently
MS Office required
