Job Description:
Our client is a retail company. They seek an Administrative Assistant, Forecasting & Planning to join their Queens, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Input monthly inventory reconciliations and track retailer compliance
- Enter weekly sales verifications, track retailer compliance, and validate reporting
- Work with the BI team to maintain inventory reconciliation/sales verification files
- Handle ad hoc needs including back order cancellation to support workflows
- Manage and process personal use orders from various employees
- Maintain account information in various internal systems
- Assess and update account maintenance requests for service contacts
- Prepare and send mailings of printed materials for new store openings
- Support spare parts strap assemblies and stock transformations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
- Flexible and adjustable to business needs
- Strong Excel skills (V lookups, Pivots, Macros)
