Client: Food and Beverage Manufacturing
Location: Charlotte, NC
(5 Days Onsite) Length: 3 month Tempt-to-Perm
(Role set to convert PERM if all is going well during contracting portion.)Shift: Monday - Friday from 9:30pm - 6:00am ESTPay: $20/hour W2
No Corp-to-Corp)Skills:
- Lab Understanding - Measurements, Ability to record data, Maintain test log, and Physically inventory all chemicals.
- Ideally experience working in similar food/beverage manufacturing facility
- Strong work ethic that can be counted on for reliability.
- Ability to take direction/learn new task quickly and efficiently.
Full Details:Operate, maintain, and interpret the results of the following:
- Metrohm Titrator
- Lab Data Management System
- CarboQC and DMA
Calibrate, troubleshoot, and adjust the following equipment:
- Density Meters
- Spectrophotometer
- Refractometers
- PH meters
- Thermometers
- Conductivity Meter
- Sodium Meter
- Scales
- Metrohm Titrator
- Lab & Water Treatment Equipment
Prepare, perform, and record result of the following tests:
- Brix/TA of syrup & product
- Code verification
- Seam checks
- Torque checks
- Filtec
- Hold product
- Net content
Prepare equipment standards for the following:
- Refractometer
- Metrohm Titrator
- Sodium Meter
Perform the following administrative tasks:
- Enter test results in Lab Data Management System.
- Maintain test log.
- Physically inventory all lab chemicals.
- Submit product samples to parent company's QA department.
- Changeover lines and flavor tanks.
- Communicate operating information and concerns to personnel on other shifts and in other departments.
- Participate in team meetings to evaluate and investigate process improvement opportunities impacting team performance.
- Perform other tasks to achieve department goals and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.
- Maintain constant flow of proper syrup to all production lines.
- Perform additional job-related tasks and special projects as directed.
