XPEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramiccoatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currentlyseeking a Global PayrollAnalyst based in its San Antonio, TX corporate headquarters.
Summary
The Global Payroll Analyst will take the lead on global payroll system implementation, 3rd party system integration, and acquisitions, for a growing company in 13 countries.
Core Duties
Perform payroll system administration and maintenance, set up and changes in Workday and integrated systems
Manage payroll projectsincluding global payroll systemsourcing, implementation, 3rd party system integration, and acquisitions
Perform manipulation of largeamounts of data
Create standard, ad hoc, and custom reportsas requested to meet the needs of the organization.
(Workday reporting experience preferred)
Analyze, document and update processeswith functions to increase efficiency and reduce duplication of work
Conduct systemtraining for payrollteam members and employees
Gain understanding of all payrollprocesses in 13 countries (and counting)
Provides operational, administrative, technical and analytical support necessary to global payroll in 13 countries (23 payrolls per month)
Serve as cross-functional liaison between payrolland other departments such as Accounting and Tax
Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions
Assist or coordinate with external/internal audits
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent related experience.
Minimum 5 years of in-house corporate payroll experience
Workday HCM/Payroll processing experience (Workday Pro Certification a plus)
Payroll/3rd party systemimplementation and integration
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Advanced Excel skills,including Pivot Tables,Vlookups, and other formulas
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while navigating ambiguity and remaining agile
Ability to effectively organize, plan, control,and prioritize work/projects. Ability to regularly communicate progress to appropriate stakeholders.
Strong business acumenand the abilityto influence and develop strongworking relationships with all levels of employees, including human resources colleagues and senior level management and/or executives.
Possess high critical thinkingand analytical skills
Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills
Unquestionable integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information required.
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
