Job Description:

ESFM is looking for a talented Senior Procurement/ Sourcing Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex data analysis using various tools (Excel, Power Bi, etc.)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the data under analysis, ensuring the right balance of accuracy and completeness with timely delivery of required information.
  • Act as the Project Manager for high-visibility initiatives, leading RFx projects from launch to execution.
  • Actively participate in the project ideation, using data to identify cost savings and operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Navigate seamlessly throughout the organization during data gathering and analysis activities, fostering relationships with partners throughout the business.
  • Assist Procurement COE in analyzing data to support shared objectives and drive strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and steward the ESFM Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Processes.
  • Build and distribute complex RFx documents to external suppliers; analyze supplier responses and propose awards.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of undergraduate degree and/or equivalent business experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role. Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related fields required
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and demonstrates expertise in technical applications (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
  • Feels comfortable manipulating large, complex data sets and can leverage analytical skills to drive and influence business decisions.
  • Demonstrates effective problem-solving and project management skills and strives for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates business financial knowledge.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in creating presentations and other high-quality deliverables.
  • Showcases maturity of being comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders and other cross-functional leadership
  • Manages constructive and cooperative working relationships, often without introduction, and can function effectively on a team; displays leadership qualities.
  • Demonstrates self-confidence and integrity in a challenging work environment; can act as a self-starter.
  • Shows initiative in taking ownership of new responsibilities, pushing boundaries, and challenging the status quo.
  • Experience in the facilities management industry a plus.
