Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located in Raeford, NC, with flexibility for remote work. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the business owner. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to anticipate business owner needs and handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
You will:
Provide high-level administrative support to the business owner
Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, presentations, and reports
Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation
Assist in purchases, ordering and special projects as needed
Implement short term and long term business objectives
Maintain project schedules
Utilize business systems consistently and offer input for potential improvements
Develop informal daily project status reports for management
Follow up on project issues and corrective actions
Monitor and report on any potential changes to project budget and spending
Evaluate and identify challenges and utilize resources to solve problems
Collaborate with team members on ways to improve processes
Organize and track important project documents
Post sale coordination with buyers

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer literacy (including MS Office and Apple Equivalent)
Ability to handle multiple projects with superb accuracy
Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
Exceptional phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
Proficiency with spreadsheets (accounting software, construction software a plus)
Comfort with both office work and minor field work (mainly involving quality control on job sites)
Desire to grow in position and take on more responsibilities as business grows
Highly flexible and willing to work in a dynamic, quickly changing and collaborative environment
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
Additional Desired Skills:
Experience or familiarity with construction field a plus
Experience in the military or working with the military
