Job Description:

Our client is a retail company. They seek an Administrative Assistant, Finance & Accounting to join their Queens, NY office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the company credit card program
  • Prepare free text invoices for teams and affiliates for ad-hoc charges
  • Create and manage assigned accounts in Dynamics 365
  • Conduct required research on new customer accounts
  • Prepare and maintain Security Agreements and all filings for retailers
  • Produce financial reports required by the department
  • Gather shipments arriving and related payments to brokers
  • Handle correspondence to and from the Accounting department
  • Answer telephones and transfer calls
  • Coordinate special events, meetings, and seminars

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Able to handle tasks with discretion
  • Strong Excel skills (V lookups, Pivots, Macros)
  • Skilled in Dynamics and MS Office
