Pedigo Products has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will support the company's mission to meet the surgical equipment requirements of a diverse marketplace. Role and Responsibilities
The customer service representative plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience for all external and internal customers of Pedigo Products. They will strive to continually exceed the expectations of our customers through accurate and timely order processing, follow-up on orders through the manufacturing process through shipping and final delivery. The customer service representative will communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers, problem solve, provide detailed product and pricing quotes. They act as the internal liaison for the sales team and external customers with all departments at Pedigo. This will be accomplished through the following daily activities:
Accurately enter orders received via phone, fax, and EDI
Track and follow orders through the manufacturing and shipping process to ensure timely delivery
Proactively communicate with customers on any order changes
Prepare and deliver pricing quotations to customers and sales representatives
Work with all departments to solve problems in a timely manner
Work with Technical support to provide product specifications and details to customers
Invoice all orders in a timely manner
Answer incoming phone calls, including product and pricing inquiries.
