Logistics and Customs compliance supportLocation:- San Jose, CA
Duration:- 6+ Months
Pay rate:- $21 - $25/hr W2.
Responsibilities of Logistics and Customs compliance support
- Support daily logistics operations (Tracking, Transportation, Following up on shipment discrepancy.
- Assist Customs compliance (C-TPAT, Customs regulations, HTS codes maintenance).
- Resolve customs clearance issues with customs brokers
- Review and process logistics vendor invoices.
- Monitor incident reports for shipment exceptions and take corrective actions.
- Responsible for vendor QBRs, KPI monitoring, and performance evaluation.
Requirements for Logistics and Customs compliance support
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1+years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import/Export compliance.
- Experienced with the classification process.
- Excellent with MS Excel (v-lookup, formals, pivots table) - Assertive, self-motivated, goal and result driven.
