Experience with local marketing or community sponsorships (2 years of professional experience, NO internships)
Experience with events
Must be able to be trusted with administrative tasks (delegable)
Microsoft Experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Someone who has strong communication skills and a creative mind!
Plusses: • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within retail; could be an Associate Manager or a Shift Lead) • Experience tracking expenses or managing a budget • Experience in an agriculture and TSC • Former member of FFA or 4-H • Experience with Asana • Experience in Tableau • Any Campaign Marketing experience
Day To Day:
This person will be responsible for handling data input and follow ups. They will be handling invoices, answering invoice questions, follow ups, and back log requests. This is more of a computer/desk role verses going out in the field. They will work closely with the Manager of Community Marketing on day to day tasks.
Other Day to Day tasks this resource will be responsible for are:
Reviewing sponsorship request and making recommendations
Reviewing contracts and agreements and working with legal as needed
Processing invoices and working with vendors on payments
Working with VMD and AP on setting up new vendors
Coordinating promo items for events
Research on experiential marketing and business standards
