Position Overview
The role of the Onboarding Support Specialist will focus on supporting our continued growth across our sales channel. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment to ensure we bring a pleasant onboarding experience to our merchants. This role will work with our operations team, the Onboarding Manager and various departments. Attention to detail and follow-through is extremely important to this role. At Rectangle Health we strive to meet the needs of our merchants and pride ourselves in efficiency, accuracy and meeting our SLA's.
Primary job duties:
Review submissions of merchant processing agreements to our processing banks via Sales Force API integration.
Communicate with processing banks, underwriting, risk and sales to clear up any questions or additional documentation that is needed to get a merchant onboarded.
Review Product Orders by validating data and enrolling merchants in various platforms
Demonstrate strong abilities in time management and attention to detail with expeditious follow through post approval to make sure we are meeting our SLA's
Effectively manage time and prioritize day to day
Collaborate cross functionally
Communicate daily with Onboarding Manager
Work on special projects as needed

Minimum qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years of merchant and/or payment experience in the financial, ISO or agent environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid organizational and time management skills
High motivation and attention to detail
Efficiency and ability to take ownership of results
