My client is a leading, high growth FinTech company that is a portfolio company of a prestigious alternative asset manager in CT. The firm is currently in growth mode and looking to hire their first ever CFO/COO.

THE ROLE:
As the CFO/COO, you will be strategically working closely with the Founder & Managing Partners in order to create efficiencies and increase overall growth for the company.
Build out finance/accounting team - will have direct reports
Reporting to the Founder and collaborating with Managing Partners
Implement strategies & operating models to drive revenue growth
Market expansion projects
Product development
Assist with future M&A transactions
Drive financial planning / forecasting
Strong relationships with stakeholders
Oversee all financial operations
Ad-hoc projects
COMPENSATION:
Up to $300k all in + CARRY
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of finance & operations experience from a FinTech firm
