The Bookkeeper will be responsible for office file management, monthly billing, financial reporting, transaction entry and QuickBooks maintenance, calendar management, basic technology troubleshooting, with project management or construction knowledge preferred.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES • Prior experience in the construction industry • Familiarity with AR/AP standards in commercial construction • 2-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Pro
