A well-known life science industry leader is hiring a Dispute Chargeback Analyst for a special 12-month contract assignment. This position will focus on Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, and Radiology claims activities in Order-to-Cash Operations.
REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5 years of relevant experience in Disputes and Chargeback Operations.
SCHEDULE: This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week Monday-Friday position working standard business hours. Candidates must be local to Whippany, NJ to work hybrid onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely Monday and Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This detail-oriented and adaptable chargeback analyst will deliver world-class results across a complex network of partners, providers, and stakeholders. You will:
Support Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, and Radiology operations in day-to-day functions, including but not limited to, working with the Operational team in dispute/deduction resolution within tight deadlines.
Responsible for reconciliation activities supporting daily operational analysis for disputes and deduction-related activities.
Collaborate with colleagues in U.S. Order-to-Cash, Contracts Administration, and Accenture O2C operational platform.
Assist on additional ad hoc projects and provide support within the operational platform.
SALARY: This is a non-exempt hourly position. Pay range is $28.00 - $34.00 per hour based on experience.
