\nThree (3) years in a technical application as a RIS/PACS/Transcription Administration within a medical imaging facility required. Experience providing technical instruction to end users for RIS/PACS/Transcription required. Experience monitoring the performance of RIS/PACS/Transcription and Computed Radiography (CR) systems interfaces and overall network throughput and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve any issues required. Experience maintaining all necessary control files, databases, security tables, diagnostic rules and other system functions needed to maintain the efficient and effective operation of RIS/PACS/Transcription required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and multi-task with a results-oriented attitude. Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred. Experience developing report templates and end user training materials (i.e. class plans, presentation materials, user guides, job aids) for RIS/PACS/Transcription preferred.Supports the day-to-day operations for RIS including all related imaging computerized information image workflows, archiving, auto-routing, worklist, results, and other related activities.|Collaborates directly with Radiologists and Radiologic Technologists within regional facilities to maintain an effective system for optimization of digital image quality, technical, and clinical assistance of medical imaging services (radiology, ultrasound, cardiology, CT Scans, and MRI).|Works closely with IT clinical analysts, physicians, technologists and other staff to understand workflows and to ensure the availability of all imaging applications to the enterprise.|Troubleshoots issues with RIS/PACs workstations, systems, and other imaging-related software; includes the integrity of viewing monitors, clinical workflows, system performance, integrations, and other related activities.|Monitors and performs systems support; makes configuration changes as needed.
