Director of Client Services

Greater Philadelphia Area

ISC's team of Financial Services Recruiters has been retained to secure a Director, Client Services for a Global Investment Firm to drive the delivery of exceptional client service and highly customized investment solutions for UHNW individuals as well as endowments and foundations.

The firm is looking for a seasoned Client Services Leader to lead the department and provide strategic direction and leadership for day-to-day client servicing initiatives, process optimization and integration efforts, and employee development. This is a highly visible cross functional role which will require collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders with a keen focus on process improvement, developing an infrastructure for scalable growth, and employee development.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree Required.
  2. Minimum of 12 years' experience in financial services - wealth management
  3. Minimum of 3 years management experience with a focus on employee development.
  4. Strong Project Management skills.
  5. Exposure to Trusts and Estates preferred.
  6. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders are essential to this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic oversight and guidance for all Client Service Workflows.
  2. Manage escalated issues and action appropriate responses.
  3. Serve as process owner for money movements and billing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Lead projects to improve internal process efficiencies leveraging technology and optimizing team strengths.
  5. Serve as a subject-matter-expert for all M&A integration support to ensure seamless transition for clients and associates.
  6. Actively manage team's workloads and capacity.
  7. Develop direct and indirect reports through recruiting, mentoring/coaching, and continued education while ensuring workforce planning is in place.
