Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is a flexible problem-solver who has superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. This person should have experience thriving in an administrative role. Effective multitasking and a unique ability to handle the unexpected are essential qualifications for the position. We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting the overall administrative needs of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients/visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

- Process client requests and communications.

- Assist in organizing events and meetings.

- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.

- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, as needed.

- Assist with bill payments.

- Support marketing efforts.

- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring items are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.

- Understand and adhere to all Prudential policies and procedures.

- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

- Work closely with other administrative staff and support other colleagues as needed.

- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office administration, office management, or similar role preferred.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Professional and friendly demeanor.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.

Hours:

- Flexible hours, with a preferred schedule of 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

- Starting pay of $14-$18 per hour, based on experience.
