Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Planning:
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Budget Development & Oversight:
Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets for the market.
Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and identify areas for cost optimization.
Financial Services Coordination:
Oversee financial operations, including accounting, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Process Improvements & Team Development:
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and develop finance team members.
Capital Projects & Expenditure Analysis:
Evaluate capital investment proposals and assess their financial impact.
Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
Contract Review & Compliance:
Review contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with financial terms and conditions.
External Audits & Examinations:
Facilitate efficient external audits and examinations.
Provide accurate information and support as needed.
Timely Information Provision:
Ensure accurate and timely financial data for decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to meet reporting deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare setting.
CPA designation (preferred).
