Reputable manufacturing company is looking for a full-time AR Specialist role company here in Pewaukee, WI (53072). This role will be contract-to-hire and is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $22-24/hr + Benefits

Schedule: M-F, 9:00am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Hybrid: No, 100% on-site
Principal Duties:
Responsibility for providing complete and accurate invoices and credits to our customers; electronic deposit of checks; application of vendor/customer payments
Provide timely feedback, regarding invoicing errors that occur and help drive change to reduce or eliminate their root cause
Timely processing of all invoice adjustments and credits
Electronic deposit of checks
Application of customer payments
Process credit applications and set up new customer accounts
Other duties as assigned
Must Have:
High School Diploma
Ability to use standard office equipment
Microsoft Office
