Job Details:
Position: Treasurer & VP of Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement overall capital strategy and secure necessary funding
Lead Treasury activities including cash management, liquidity monitoring, and day-to-day banking interactions
Oversee comprehensive benchmarking, management reporting, and market analysis
Manage credit function, insurance coverages, and risk management policies
Collaborate on financial modeling, tax compliance, and fostering interdepartmental relationships
Education and Experience:
Postgraduate degree with financial certification (CFA or CPA)
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Treasury, Risk Management, and Financial Modeling
Proven experience in raising capital in both private and public markets
Background in Industrial Manufacturing, Battery, or Energy sectors
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
