Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Sales to support business initiatives and drive profitability.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in developing financial strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
Support strategic initiatives such as capital investments, pricing strategies, and market expansion plans.
Qualifications:
3-5 years Accounting or Financial Analysis experience in the industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Advanced skills in Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
Understanding of cannabis industry regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
