A Leading Investment Firm is seeking a Contracted Operations Analyst to join their Dallas team ASAP! This essential role will require the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure accurate and timely operational support for a diverse portfolio of funds.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the launch and lifecycle management of new investment products, including changes and terminations.
Collaborate with external partners to set up operational processes and respond to service requests.
Coordinate with internal teams and external managers to facilitate new investments.
Serve as the main contact for multiple funds, addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues.
Ensure accurate investment records and provide timely data to portfolio managers.
Skills:
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Capable of managing complex tasks, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to changing needs.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Operations and/or Financial Services.
Proven ability to collaborate across different product groups and regions.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong risk management focus.
