Selby Jennings has been engaged by a top-tier, highly reputable alternative investment firm located in Dallas, Texas who is looking to bring on an Associate to their Asset Management team. This position will involve supporting the Real Estate Team in managing assets and portfolios. The role will cover over 200 transactions and ~2.5 billion of capital deployed in both debt and equity placement.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (good academic standings) preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3-5 years of prior work experience in Asset Management
Private Equity experience preferred
Multifamily experience preferred
Heavy modeling experience (DCF, waterfalls, three-statement models)
Candidates must be living in Dallas, TX or willing to relocate.
